Welcome to Yes Peas!
Now we are just days away from Christmas, peas have to be on the shopping list. No Christmas lunch would be complete without peas, whether simply as an accompaniment, which many love, or in an unusual dish with a twist, such as Peas and Brussels Sprouts with Hazelnut and Orange Glaze. Or perhaps a vegetarian member of the family would like Pea and Aubergine Curry to stand out from the crowd, although doubtless everyone would want some to go alongside their turkey.

Peas, with all their great fibre, are the perfect way to help use up all those left overs from Christmas as well as store cupboard ingredients. How about Pea and Tuna Fishcakes for supper, just right for the family on a cold winter's evening but economical too. A warming Pea and Bacon Chowder is ideal for a quick lunch, or if you're really fed up with all the cold weather we've been having, and want to pretend it's summer, why not whip up the Pea and Blue Cheese Filo Tart, then you can use up some of the left-over stilton at the same time!
A Year of Soups
